China Adoption

China adoption officially began in 1992 but as China's Children adoption agency we were active with Chinese child adoption for foreign families living in China in the 1980's. Russia Adoption

Children's Hope International adoption agency has successfully registered as an NGO and are awaiting accreditation for Russian adoption. You will want that assurance in your adoption. If you are contemplating a Russian adoption, we hope you will contact us for your Russian adoption information.

Vietnam Adoption
Children's Hope International began working in Vietnam in 1998. From 2003 to 2006, adoptions in Vietnam closed to US families and the entire adoption system in Vietnam was restructured. In June 2005, the US and Vietnam signed the memorandum of agreement to allow adoptions to resume with US families. CHI have an experienced and outstanding bi-lingual team in Vietnam who take care of every family and every detail of the adoption.
